Peek provides the installation and maintenance of fibre and wireless communication networks in Urban and Inter Urban environments. Intelligent transport solutions often require some method of communication; historically this has been via the traditional PSTN route in the Urban environment. However, as technology has advanced we can now deliver solutions that integrate via various means of communication and are often capable of using a mix to enable greater flexibility and increased efficiency and cost savings.

In September 2005 Peek commenced its largest project to date; the Highways Agency (HA) NRTS (National Roads Telecommunications Services) project. This is a 10.5 year Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract covering the HA road network and involves: taking over and upgrading the existing communications infrastructure; maintenance of the communications network; fault response, diagnostics and rectification; installation, testing and commissioning of communications equipment and cabling.
