Peek has Representatives of Employee Safety (RoES) who have been selected at each Peek location to act on behalf of the local employees on issues concerning health and safety in the workplace. The RoES have many responsibilities, but two key ones are to attend safety committee meetings and to conduct regular workplace inspections.
